We introduce a World Youth Hockey Policy with chapters regarding:

Projected Meetings

During most of the year we aim to communicate via all modern day technology: online telephone communication, web pages, email, instant messaging, etc. When any large youth event were organized we would hope for the production of videos, etc. to show our progress. With the hope that some time in the future the youth promoters meet again.

Membership Terms

The original group that attended  the World Hockey Festival in Hobart making up the first "World Hockey Development Committee". Thereafter offering terms on the Committee as people drop out, become too old or lose interest. Positions would be advertised to all National Hockey Associations. We envisage the committee stays at 25 members.
