Exchange Hoax List
I have a few such people on my personal list, but since the unsuccessful exchanges took place before I wrote my Terms & Conditions (they indirectly prompted me to write the terms and conditions), I will not add them to this list. However, from now on if any such people come up, they have been warned and you can be sure I will add them here.
So, thankfully there is no one at this moment.
Please help honest phone card collectors by creating a similar list (of your own), lets create awareness and try to get rid of these pests and create honest collectors and exchangers.
