Non-Serious Collectors List(03/18/2001); a list of people who have initiated an exchange with me, but have not followed it up, there fore (a) wasting my time, (b) making the cards they selected unavailable to others and (c) it is an indication that they may be out there only to GET what they can GET and not give back!. You might want to be careful before you send these people any cards.
Hoax List(03/18/2001); a list of people who are definitely HOAX/false/deceitful exchangers and collectors. These are the people who have initiated an exchange, received my cards and did not send any thing back to me.
