Exchange Non Serious
I have a long personal list of such people, people who have initiated an exchange and never kept up with requirements for successful exchange. However, since these exchanges were initiated before I created my Terms & Conditions, I will not include their names here, but you can be sure that there hundreds of such people. My list alone includes 12 such people.
So, thankfully there is no one on this list right now.
Personally I consider them to be potential miscreants, it seems to me that they are just testing to see if you will send them phone cards, just because they requested. When you send them confirmation email they do not respond! There are so many signs to watch out for. I will be adding information aside from that already in 'Quick Exchange Guide' to help identifying such people.
Please help honest phone card collectors by creating a similar list (of your own), lets create awareness and try to get rid of these pests and create honest collectors and exchangers.
