Illian Hunting Rights

Currently, unless you have a treaty stating otherwise, hunting of warrants inside of Illian, nation or city, is subject to the following:

Permission of a rank 1 or higher Companion.
An explanation of the reasons person is warranted may be requested, and, if requested, must be acceptable, according to the Companion permission is requested from.

If there is no Companion, who is rank 1 or above, available, then permission is automatically denied.

An infraction of this rule will result in an immediate warrant from Illian, as it is no longer justice, but murder.

A known male channeler, however, is an exception to this rule. Evidence that the man is a channeler will be required. Evidence can be mailed to the clan, for mcs only.
