This site is in Australia. It contains a very good physiotherapy evidence database for searching.

Oxford Centre for evidence-based medicine

Unfortunately, few resources are available from this site

NHS Critical Skills Appraisal Programme (CASP)
This is an excellent site with appraisal checklists and guide to sources of evidence.

NHS Centre for review and dissemination
Excellent information on Cochrane databases. Systematic reviews completed or in progress can be downloaded.

Oxford Centre for evidence-based mental health
Useful site with information on national electronic library for mental health and other resources, although the site is still being developed.
