{ WU WEYR } Candidate Rules

1. You must have a separate web page set up with a persona on it, before you apply, no persona, no dragon. I don't care if its just there stats just have the page prepared.

2. On your page, make sure it pertains to Pern and that you have linked back to Wu Weyr, using this URL:
http://www.oocities.org/wuweyr

3. If your page isn't kid safe make sure there is a warning, please try and keep it under PG13.

4. You must fill out all sections on the form.

5. Your persona can not have already impressed at another Weyr. That means I will not accept copied candidates. No mater how good they are!

6. Your candidate shouldn’t have over three pets, if they have firelizards make sure they only have one rare (white, gold, bronze, & other metallics). If they own a runner not more then two, also be aware they won't have much time for these runners. After impression the rider will need to find a caretaker for the runner(s). Runners are almost as demanding as dragons.

7. The eggs will hatch as soon as all candidate slots are filled. You can have more than one dragon if and only if you make a different persona for each. However, don't send in more then 2(*) candidates for this clutch. In addition, don't send in all female candidates either. Male dragons a just as good as female!

9. Just to make sure you've read the rules in the comments section please ask for a black and silver dragon. This way I know you've read the rules.

10. You must have you're dragon up with in two weeks of hatching, or it will most likely go to the abandoned sands. I will give you a two-day warring before hand; you may ask me for more time. However, if you don't get the dragon up in time. Say good-bye to your dragon.

11. Please, please make sure your page your candidate pertains to Pern in someway. If the candidate isn’t from pern you must explain how they came to pern.

12. Another thing make sure that the candidates names are like Jason, Tammy or end in 'th'. I am looking for names like Iyresh and Unaya. P.S. Do not copy names!

13. The better the candidate the higher rank of the dragon you'll receive. That means no candidates that are only a few lines and have neon text and background. Candidates don’t have to be a million pages long to impress a high ranking dragon. The more unique and interesting I find a candidate the more likely they are to impress a high rank dragon.

14. I don't bite! I'm just being extra careful. E-mail me with any questions, concerns, /constructive/ criticism etc.

P.S. If you want to use a searchrider or riders from Wu we have three. They are F'nar who rides Blue Ulleseth, Kodachi who rides Green Sericath, and M'tsu who riders Green Onnath. Feel free to use them for the candidate(s) your going to submit to Wu. They can and will make off world trips.

(*)The number on the limit of candidates is due to change with how many eggs are in a clutch.

A clutch of 13 or more your alowed to submit 3 candidates.

In a clutch of 12 to 9 your alowed to submit 2 candidates.

In a clutch with 8 or lower your only alowed to submit 1 candidate.

I may let some people submit more candidates if they've:
a. Adopted from me and got there dragons up quickly and don't complain about what color they got.
b. Ask nicely if they may submit more candidates then the limit, and have a good record of not abandoning/geting there dragons up.
