He denies all connection or communication with the enemy; professes entire loyalty and took the oath of allegiance. There is no testimony against him. Think he ought to be discharged

Levi was a pioneer on the well-known "Nutter Farm." Thomas went to Athens, Ohio. John removed to Richardsonville (now Richardson, Calhoun Co., WV). John settled in Harrison County around l770.
