I have been too lazy to keep the promise updating my webpage regularly.

Sorry, I still have not even started making 'Living in Maastricht' site which I promised to finish in 2003. Unfinished assignment has delayed me from doing new. So, I simply decided to pause the promise for a while, instead, I worked on the new stuff.
