it is not only to trap other criminals that the spies use the
"
friendly criminals
".
if you are one of those not keen on paying obeisance to the all powerful
spy net work, the very same "friends of the e_mans" will be let loose on
you. this was exactly what happened to me on the night of
14 february 2006.
that night at about 2100 hrs i had just returned from the city and
these goondas who are the residents of the neighbouring houses
broke into my house with the feminine genders of
the goondas standing guard outside the gate.
suppose a goonda breaks into your house at night or even
at day time for that matter and abuse you and threaten you
what will you do?
you will physically tackle him, no? but when these particular
group of goondas and the feminine genders of the goondas
indulged in all those criminal activities i kept mum.
these were the goondas on the pay roll of the spy net work.
i have mentioned about a couple of plain clothes men knocking at
my gate at around 0230 in the early morning in may 2005.
that night i have seen that the spies were taking instrucitons
from some one in one of the houses
of this particular group of goondas.
the spy net work had tried letting loose their goondas on me
even earlier; one such incidence was in 2003 in my previous house.
it is the spy network's typical reaction when they become
desperate.
the basic idea is to provoke me and make the resulting
altercation into an excuse for implicating me in a criminal case.
for me it is a no win situation. if i fight these goondas the police man
can cooly cook up a case and i can be branded the culprit.
if i keep mum the goon is going to get away with it.
the best option available is to choose the lesser evil.
my response to the situation was that of a
press reporter rather than of the victim and
all i did was try to make a record of the happenings. it was
night time and i am not very versant with my camera. all the same
the audio recording is there and some faint pictures as well.
and i do have an audio recording of the previous incident in 2003 with me.
but are these recording going to be of any use?
in a civilized set up the answer will be a definite yes;
but over here No.
best bakery vadodra, gujarath, india
a couple of years back in a criminal case all the accused were acquitted in a
court of justice of one states of the indian union. the apex court,
that is, the supreme court of india, ordered a retrial by a court
in another state. this time most of the accused got heavy jail terms.
the whole of india has a common penal code and judicial system.
then why did the apex court insist that the trial
be carried out in a different state?!
and how could the decisions of the two courts be so drastically different?!
i am a bloody fool and i dont know;
WHAT DO YOU THINK ?
