News About Weapons Item List Money Files Maps Bots Console Commands	Buying Weapons and Equipment To buy weapons or equipment, the player must be in the "buy zone". You will know if you're in the buy zone if you see a little green shopping cart on the left side of the screen. When in the buy zone, the player can bring up the buy menu which contains categories of items by pressing "B" (default key). Click here to see the buy item list.
		When this icon appears on the left hand side of your screen, you are in the "buy zone".
	Equipment There are a lot of different equipment you can buy to improve your odds in combat. To see information about the equipment in Counter-Strike, see below.

Kevlar Vest

The Kevlar Vest allows you to survive longer in combat. When you get shot, it reduces damage done to you unless you get shot on the head.

Kevlar Vest & Helmet

The Kevlar Vest and Helmet not only provides protection for your body, but also for your head. The Helmet provides protection for your head from objects like shattered glass and shrapnel.

Flashbang

$200

Each player is able to carry two Flashbangs. Anyone in the blast radius will be blinded for a short time. Use one before rushing in.

H.E. Grenade

$300

Each player is able to carry one H.E. (High Explosive) Grenade. It may not be able to kill anyone with full health, but it can kill anyone in it's blast radius if they are already injured.

Smoke Grenade

$300

Each player is able to carry one Smoke Grenade. It can be used to distract the enemy while you're in a situation such as planting the bomb.

Defuse Kit

$200

For Counter-Terrorist only. With the Defuse Kit, it allows you to defuse a bomb a lot quicker so you wont get blown up as much while defusing.

When this icon appears on the left hand side of your screen, you have a "Defuse Kit".

Nightvision Goggles

$1250

Useful in dark maps and dark areas. A player in a dark area with Nightvision Goggles can see the other player before they can even see anyone.

Other Equipment

C4	On "de" maps, one random player on the Terrorist Faction will start with the bomb. That player's main objective is to plant the bomb at a bomb site. Click here for more information about "de" maps.
