Philco Transitone model 50-520. Unlike some 1950's radios, this set is easy to date. For years Philco designated the year of a radio's manufacture with the first two digits of the model number. So, it's easy to tell that this set was made in 1950. Not too exciting to look at, it's just another Plain Jane bakelite set that was likely to be found in many homes in the USA in the early 1950's. The 50-520 has all loctal tubes with the exception of one 12BA6 miniature tube.
