As your footsteps echo on the marble floor, and a brisk wind welcomes you, you can see bright blue sky on either side of you in the unwalled temple. This is the shrine known as Ixion, the fabled location where angels said to have fallen from heaven dwell. Despite the ominous history, the shrine is pure, but you can't help but feel a certain unease from the deserted silence, and strange, lamenting essence in the cool mountain air... | |
