- The main purpose of NeX is same as other my hobby application. I need to make my Java application easy to run on Windows platform. But I was not able to find any good tool with free of cost. At that time I started to create my own Java Runtime for JavaNote, and then NaT. This is another tool that allow you create your own Java Runtime for your application.
