Subroto Mukerjee Football Tournament

The Subroto Mukerjee Football Tournament is conducted by the School Games Federation of India for students of under 17 and under 29 years groups.The Youth Affairs & Sports Department,Manipur conducts the tournament in district and state levels.The winning school in the State Level Tournament is sent to New Delhi for National level Tournament which bears prize money of Rs. 100,000 for the winner.
The tournament is generally conducted during the month of June/July, every year.Willing Schools may submit their entry forms along with complete eligibility certificates of all students participating when called for.
The call for entries is made through the Sub-Divional and District offices through letters and media.
