A Tribute to Rabbi Joseph B. Soloveitchik, zt"l
As a lasting legacy to Rav Soloveitchik, the yeshiva looks to dedicate its eighteen new classrooms in honor of talmidim of the Rav who have served Am Yisrael with great honor. Yeshivat Ner Tamid in the
only institution in Israel named to perpetuate the memory and teachings of
Rav Soloveitchik. TAMID is an acronym for Torat Moreinu Yosef Dov. The thousands of students who will
pass through the doors of this yeshiva will better understand the wide
influence of the Rav’s teachings as they take note of the many talmidim and
communities who have been enriched by the Rav’s inspirational thoughts and
insights, and the philosophy of Torah U’Mada.
