The new DADA teacher will NOT be either Fleur or Mrs. Figg!
The 5th book is titled Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Lupin will return, but most likely not as a professor.
We finally find out why Voldemort killed Lily and James Potter.
Important facts will be revealed about Lily. (It's almost impossible that Lily Potter is a Death Eater; remember, she's a Muggle-born.)
There will be a female Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. However, it is highly unlikely that it will be Fleur Delacour, because she couldn't even defeat the grindylows in the second task. The new teacher will probably be Mrs. Figg, mentioned at the end of book 4 as part of the "old crowd."
Harry and his friends will take their OWLs.
It'll be Fred and George's last year at Hogwarts.
Snape will probably not be a professor in the 5th book unless his assignment from Dumbledore did not require him to leave.
There will be a horrible death of one of Harry's fans. (Hagrid? Percy? Mrs. Weasley?)
There will be a new Quidditch captain since Wood left. It's generally believed to be Harry, but no one is certain.
We will visit an entirely new magical area. Most likely places: Azkaban, Ministry of Magic, or Godric's Hollow.
Harry will examine death in even closer ways.
Mr. Weasley's car, the Dementors, and Dobby will come back. (The Dementors could indicate that Azkaban is the new area.)
It's very important that Harry has his mother's eyes and that her wand was good for charms.
For the next three years, Harry must choose between what's right and what's easy.
There will be a new sorting hat song and we find out about Mrs. Figg and the real Mad-Eye Moody.
Harry's parents' profession is important in the book and Ginny will play more of a role.
