Welcome to my Prince of Tennis page. You can probably tell from this page that I lyk Fuji ^^ The only thing I don't like about him is that he's always smiling.. He looks better when he's serious when playing tennis and opens his eyes!! But my other fave regular members are: Eiji, Ryoma and Tezuka. Eiji is just too cute =P Love him the most! I created this table layout myself.. *sigh* so proud, but only because I couldn't find any PoT table layouts on the web.. =( I made this with 1024x768 resolution so the table may a bit too big for lower screen resolutions. Gomen!

.: Summary :.

The anime is about a 12 year old boy named Echizen Ryoma who is a great tennis player. He goes to Seigaku Junior High and joins the tennis club there. Each year they have an in-school ranking tournament to get the 8 best tennis players from the school to be in the Seigaku regular team.

Ryoma is only a freshman, but his superb tennis skills earns him a place as a Seigaku regular. ^^ He's so cool when he plays tennis =P The other team members are: Tezuka, Oishi, Eiji, Fuji, Kaidoh, Takashi and Momoshiro. Inui is their team manager - the guy who was replaced by Ryoma on the team. They each have their own special style of tennis and they are all very very good. They made it to the nationals last time..

The anime focuses mainly on Ryoma, whose goal is to one day beat his father - Echizen Nanjiro who was once a famous pro tennis player. The anime talks about how he learns his own style of tennis and not be copy of his father. The team plays many tournaments and each match is normally 2 episodes each.. They stop it just when it gets exciting.. The cliffhangers keep you going on.. itz soo addictive!!

.: Seigaku regulars :.

There are actually 2 people missing from this picture - Oishi and Takashi. But my four faves are here so I don't give a damn. Starting from the top left corner: Fuji, Eiji, Kaidoh, Tezuka, Momoshiro and Ryoma (at the front with the red racket). Look into the background and you will see Oishi.. with Eiji. They are the golden pair of Seigaku! ^^ Great harmony.. As for Taka-chan, look on the right and he's the blond guy in the middle. All so cute!! =P Even though yaoi isn't really mentioned in the anime - you'll find heaps of it in fanfiction. II mean, what did you expect with an anime filled with boys? Gotta be some element of shounen-ai somewhere! hehe..
