Find a bitchy person, the one who bitches about everything and anything and wants everything specially tailored for him. Make eye contact like you gonna beat the shit out of him. Eye contact is single most important aspect of confrontation. If you make eye contact keep it and do not look away. If you do not decide to make eye contact, then do NOT make it. It is either eye contact or no eye contact at all.
