Fish-a-Jig Sandwich

Vegetables: Tomato
Meats: Fish (frozen fish sticks)
Cheese: Cheddar
Condiments: Mayonnaise, dried herbs, pepper
Comments: Assemble separately, mayo, tomatoes, and herbs on one side, cheddar slices on other. Broil fish sticks for twenty minutes. Then add them to the cheddar side -- their heat will melt the cheese. Put together and eat-mmmm.

Comments: Sauté onions and mushrooms. First, layer with toasted bread with mayo, layer of lettuce, hungarian salami, cheese, and Sautéed vegies. Top with tomatoes and hot peppers. Munch.

Meats: Pepperoni (grilled)
Cheese: Asiago (cut in thin strips)
Condiments: Salt, pepper, olive oil
Comments: Put olive oil on the bread. Then place everything else on the bread, salt and pepper to taste. Put in the oven at 350 until bread is crisp. Take out and munch! It is even better if you grill the pepperoni!

Flamin' Cajun Sandwich

Meat: Chicken (grilled)
Cheese: Monterey jack, pepper jack (spicy)
Condiments: Pepper, tobasco
Comments: Spread around a teaspoon of Tobasco all over the chicken. Grind together the peppers until it makes a powder. Chili powder works, but fresh peppers always taste better. Dice the onions and put those on top. Add lots of pepper. Put on the cheeses, add the bread on each side and stick it in your toaster for a minute or two.
