Designer: Stuart Green, Dublin, Ireland
sgreen@acadamh.ucd.ie
Bread: White
Vegetables: Potato (boiled and sliced), cabbage (boiled)
Meat: Bacon (fried), pork sausage
Condiments: Mustard, salt, pepper, sour cream
Comments: This is very good hot. All ingredients fresh out of the pan. Or cold with a good dollop of sour cream...ummm, taste of 'auld Dublin'. If you can get Irish bacon and sausage, even better.
