Wai, wai, here's my collection so far in terms of Star Ocean media =^^= Finally, the EX CD dramas are out, and for original stories, they're surprisingly good =^^= And I may or may not get the GanGan CD collection series (most likely not) depending on $$$, since there are now 3 cd's, and it uses the original seiyuu list from the game rather than the anime ('sokay, I like Yuuji Ueda and Daisuke Sakaguchi =^^= and I like Yuki Kaida as Curarpikt from Hunter x Hunter).

I didn't know which to get, so I got 2 'cuz it's got Crawd on the cover. They don't tell you much on the CD jacket, not even the seiyuu list, but Plenty Saman's really good at getting the original seiyuu, so I believed they got the original cast, and (yatta =^^= ) I was right:
Crawd=Yuuji Ueda / Rena=Aya Hisakawa / Ashton=Daisuke Sakaguchi / Dias=Ryou Horigawa / Precis/Ururun=Yuuko Sumitomo / Celine=Yuki Kaida / Chisato=Rumi Wasahara / Mirage=Sakura Nogawa / Elanore=Asami Imai / Yule=Risa Hayamizu / Mikaeru/Metatron=Hiroki Touchi

I like To the Light by Amika Hattan =^^= c/w Ring to Eternity, and instrumental for both songs. First print of this comes with a Star Ocean EX sticker (right pic). And buying through Animate while supplies last also gets you a B2 poster.
Hearts is a nice ending by Saori Nishihata, c/w Souda, Kami o Kitte-miyou and a remix of "no pain no gain", and instrumentals of the first two songs. First print also has a sticker (similar, but not pictured), and also has that B2 poster promo (if you were lucky enough). Also, if you buy both CDS and mail in the proof of purchase by 7-31-01, you're entered in a drawing in which 100 names are drawn for a free Star Ocean EX mousepad (...of course, this is only good in Japan).

Uhya~ That's nice cel work! ...But they could've done better on Ashton, Gyoro, and Ururun =><= (Mou~) When in battle, Crawd looks chou kakkoii~ ...But out of battle... Uke Dias always looks nice... Po~ ...But anyway, this is a soundtrack, and aside from the images you see here, there're no other images with this soundtrack; inside's nothing more than the track listing and the lyrics to "To the Light" and "Hearts" (both TV size versions). The BGM's all right, most are based on the game music, which is all right, but they could've done better. Crawd and Dias's themes are CHOU kakkoii~ But when you hear Ashton... =^^= You just wanna die laughing ...CHOU HEN!!! Then Gyoro and Ururun's theme is a cooler version of Ashton's theme =^^= And Crawd vs. Dias is great! ...Nya~ Total 47 tracks, 73m14s of play time... First print comes with that Rena sticker you see, and a chance at getting "Pin Badge Present"... Pretty much no chance in hell
Kya, kya =^^= It's here =^^= The original drama story is great! I love Ashton, Gyoro and Ururun =^^= And you'll love the barrel scene =^^= New cast:
Crawd=Hiro Yuuki / Rena=Mayumi Iizuka / Ashton=Tomokazu Seki / Celine=Mami Kingetsu / Precis=Tomomi Hanba / Dias=Takehito Koyasu

Might is right! Leon's here (wai, wai), voiced by the same seiyuu as Hunter x Hunter's Killua =^^= And aside from the awesome CD drama with Leon, there's a great omake drama featuring Precis and Bowman =^^= in which Precis builds a robot Crawd =++= ufufufu... (kyupi--n) Sadly, Dias isn't in this one (chi...):
Crawd=Hiro Yuuki / Rena=Mayumi Iizuka / Ashton=Tomokazu Seki / Celine=Mami Kingetsu / Leon=Kanako Mitsuhashi / Precis=Tomomi Hanba / Bowman=Yasunori Matsumoto

Volume one of the anime is nicely packaged, and first print comes with a clear card of the cover, but there's only 2 episodes =><= and it's only 44mins, without a seiyuu after-recording or interview Muka!
Crawd=Hiro Yuuki / Rena=Mayumi Iizuka
