Make your way to Ukuku Prairie. It is east of Mabe Village. Richard's Villa is there. Talk to Richard and agree to help him find his Golden Leaf which is split into five parts. Now go to Kamelot Castle, which is north-east of the villa. The front gate is locked, go 1 screen right from the front gate and you will see a monkey. Give him bananas see Trading List. He will build a bridge so you can get over the river.
Go over the bridge and go UP 3, LEFT 1. Slash the bush to reveal a stairwell. Go down it into the underground cavern. Use the feather to jump the spikes. You should now be in the castle grounds.
THE FIVE LEAF LOCATIONS....
In the West Grounds there is a raven sitting in a tree. Use the power bracelet to pick up a nearby stone and throw it at the raven. When it flies off, quickly hit it with your sword to kill it and get the leaf.
In the East Grounds, a racoon is throwing bombs from six holes. Kill the racoon by leaving bombs by the holes, arrows or just using your sword to get the leaf.
In the Castle. 1 room left of where you enter there is a red blob and 2 knights. Kill all of them to get a leaf.
Upstairs in the castle. Lay a bomb on the left knight statue in the wall. A knight will come out. Kill it for a leaf.
Main Gate. Go in and throw a pot at the door to open it, go up and through and kill the baddie with the ball and chain to get the leaf.
Note: The switch in the castle opens the front gate, allowing easy access and exit in the future if needed.
Take the leaf back to Richard. He will now move over and you can push the crate and go down into the cavern. To get to the chest, push the round stone into the hole and then use the feather to jump over the hole. A seashell is in the chest. Go through the cavern until you emerge outside in a field full of bushes.
You must find the right path through the bushes. Cut them with your sword to see which ones are holes and which ones are part of the path. First slash the path until you go down 1 screen. Then slash around the back of the villa until you get to the bottom right and go right a screen. Keep slashing along the sides and go up a screen. Make your way to the top left and go left a screen. You should now be in a little alcove with an owl statue. Use the shovel here to get the Slime Key. |
