What is the dog in Dollet hiding?

I'm sure you know which dog I'm talking about... the one that Seifer tries to slash with his gun-blade during the SeeD field exam.  This dog is hiding something from you, and if you want to see what, do the following:
Go to Dollet (you cannot do this during the SeeD field exam), and enter the Central Square.  Take the toad heading SouthWest, and keep walking down until you see a little boy standing outside a house.  Talk to the boy, and he will run into the house.  Follow him in, where you will see his Grandpa shouting at him.  Go and talk to the boy, then go examine the painting.  Walk out of the house, and a cat will jump down in front of you.  Follow the cat and continue heading south, to the steps.  Go down these steps and you will be on the beach.  You will see the boy's Grandpa sitting on the sand with a little girl.  Go and talk to them and they will mention the bone.
Now go back to the Central Square, and you will see the dog to the right of the draw point.  Go and talk to him, and then look under his bone.  You will receive a Recovery item.  If you do this late in the game, you will get an X-Potion.  Earlier on in the game you will get a Potion or Hi-Potion.

Need more Ammo??

Before the concert for Rinoa and Squall in Fisherman's Horizon, you will have to give everyone an instrument to play.  When someone is trying out an instument, take Irvine into the city, and walk him to where you fought the BGH251F2.  On the right, there is a little path leading into a shop.  Enter the shop and there will be a Galbadian soldier.  Talk to the soldier, and then do as he says, ie: step outside.  While you are outside, nothing happens, so back inside to check what's going on.  Then talk to the Galbadian soldier again and he will give you 5 of various types of ammo, including Pulse Ammo (for Squall's LionHeart).

Heroes or Holy War?

During hard battles such as that with Omega Weapon, you have to use some form of defence to make your party invincible, because some attacks are undefendable.  However, which is better to use - 1 Holy War, or 3 Heroes?  Obviously, it takes more time to cast 3 Heroes, than simply 1 Holy War.  However, there is a problem with Holy Wars... once their effects wear off, the whole party is vulnerable, so one Terra Break attack while you are waiting to cast another Holy War, and they are all gone!
If you use Heroes, you can avoid this problem.  In the first round of play, cast a Hero on one person, so you have 1 person invincible, and 2 not.  Then in the next round (after all 3 party members have acted), cast Hero on someone else and so on.  Like this, it is very rare that you will be caught out with all your party vulnerable.  Of course, the final decision is up to you, but I thought I'd mention this.
