Psalms 3:3 God is our glory and the lifter of our heads. He affirms us.4:2 How long will you love lies and turn my glory into shame? 8:5 God has crowned us with glory and honor. 103 Bless the Lord O my soul and don't forget His benefits. Bless His Holy Name. He forgive our rebellion, heals our sicknesses, and saves out lives. He satisfies us with good things to eat and say. He crowns us with love and mercy. He renews our youth. He is slow to anger, and quick to forgive. He delivers us from our sins. He really knows us. He never fails or gives up on people who acknowledge Him. Proverbs 4:18The path of the just shines brighter and brighter unto the full day. Prov. 16:21-24 Sweetness of the lips increase learning. Understanding is a source of life. A wise heart teaches the mouth, and sweetens the lips. Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, enjoyable and healthy. 22:18Keep wise words and knowledge in your heart and fixed on your lips. It is pleasant. 18:21Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Our words bear fruit.

Interpretation You can take the interpretation of an evil thing as to how it will affect your life and make the interpretation positive. When there is tension in a relationship, you can take it one way or another. You can think they don't like you, or you can think they like you but they don't know how to act. It takes two people working hard to make things pleasant It's a love choice. Negative interpretation is revenge on God. It is a life and death choice for your family and you. It is intellectually honest to interpret things positively. It is dishonest to do otherwise. It is a matter of integrity.

Does God see it that way? Is it generally true about that person?

Normal Variation No good employee is in trouble for making mistakes. Ninety per cent of all mistakes are a result of the system. Chance causes mistakes to happen in bunches. The average is the truth. The employee really has no control over defects.

Performance is not improved by increased pressure. Our own fear causes us to put pressure on others. Pressure and fear hurt performance.

Drive out fear from the home. We should be afraid of having a bad attitude, but not making a mistake. If performance improves the team should be affirmed. It is easier to not make it a team effort and chew people out. This doesn't improve performance in the long run. If an employee is not rejoicing there is something wrong with the system. Kiss people when you tell them about mistakes. Pressure makes people feel like they are falling short most of the time. This is not a manifestation of love. We must make people feel like a success rather than a failure. How can we praise God and not praise men who are made in His Image? Et. God is loving, but you are selfish. God is gracious but that person is a jerk. How can we justify that? Anyone who is trying to be loving is in the Image of God. Never fear praising too much. Fear praising too little.
