J. D. Bratcher et al I certify that from the Papers in a
suit in the Ohio Circuit court wherein J. D. Bratcher afsignee of Asa Bratcher
& Asa Bratcher are plaintiffs and H.P. Wise Admr of J. A. Bratcher is
Defendant that the Defendant H. P. Wise Admr Paid to E. D. Walker as attorney
for Peffs. the sum of $173.39 in full of debt interest and cost. March
23rd, 1863. as will appear by reference to Walkers receipt on the
Petition. And further that there is a credit upon the book of the note
filed in said suit of $50 paid by H. P. Wise Admr August 8th 1859. A. L Morton Clk |
