The clerk of the Garrard Circuit Court is hereby directed to issue a
subpoena with injunction agreeable to the profefs of the amended and
original Bill, with an endorsement thereon directing the sheriff to take
the complainant into his pofsefsion and hire him out until the first day
of the next March term of the Garrard Circuit Court taking from the
hirer Bond with approved security for the hire of sd. Conspt
and for his forth coming at the next term of the Garrard Circuit Court
in the sum of $1000 without the Defendant Phelp will execute his bond
with approved security in the sum of $11000 Conditioned to pay the hire
of said Beorufst and to have him forth coming at the next March term of
the garrard Circuit Court the complainnt to be will treated and have
Reasonable time for the profsecution of his suit given from under my
hand as Jusdr of the 9th Judicial Distict this 3rd December 1841
