The Commonwealth of Kentucky to the Sheriff of
Ohio
County, Greeting.
WE command you that of the eftate of
John Bratcher & William Bratcher
late of your bailiwick, you caufe to be made the fum of Five
pounds ten shillings and which ten
pence with interest from lately in our
Ohio Circuit Court hath recovered againft
for the 10th day
of February 1808 until paid which Fitzhugh & Rose lately in
our Ohio Circuit Court hath recovered against them for debt
Alfo the fum of Six
dollars & forty five cents which to the faid
Fitzhugh & Rose
in the fame court were adjudged for his cofts in that fuit
expended, Whereof the faid John
Bratcher & William Bratcher are convicted as appears to
us of record. And that you have the faid sums
before the Judges of our faid Circuit-Houfe in Hartford, on the
satur day of succeeding
the 2nd Monday in September next, to render to the faid
Fitzhugh & Rose
of the debt
and cofts aforesaid. And have then there this
writ. Witnefs, Charles Henderfon, Clerk of our faid
Court at the Court-Houfe aforefaid, on the
21st day of
July 180 8
and in the 17th
year of the commonwealth. |

Memo ~ The
execution is discharged by the payment of seven pounds sixteen
shillings and ten pence and three Shillings for setting bond with
interest from the 17th Aug 1808 until paid and the costs and no
security of any kind to be taken. |
