Two
of the acting Justices for the County aforesaid John
Whitehead aged about
75 years and after being Sworn according to Law Deposeth and Saith that
he was a Soldier in the Continental line of the State in the Revolution
War against England and this Deponent further states that he was well
acquainted with Isaac Bratcher a private Soldier in Millers Company
Tenth Regiment in the Continental Army aforesaid and this Deponent
further states that Umphrey Bratcher is the only Surviving heir at Law
of the aforesaid Isaac Bratcher, and the deponent saith no further,
Sworn to and Subscribed Before us this 18th day of June 1821 |
