soldiers of the Revolutionary Army and of the Line of this
State, and acting under the powers and authorities with which we
are clothed, by an Act of the Assembly 1819, entitled "an
act concerning Military Land Warrants." We have
examined and passed upon the Claims of the above mentioned, and
hereby advise and direct, that you issue to the Heirs of said
Claimants as follow -- viz: |
To
the Heirs of Joseph White Senr, The Heirs of Edward Hutchins, to
the Heirs of William Stephenson, two hundred and seventy four
acres each (274) - To the heirs of Benjmn Pendleton, the heirs
of Lewis Richards, the heirs of Benjmn Stephenson, the heirs of
Lewis Richards, the heirs of Edward Mashburn, the heirs of Henry
Short, the heirs of Johnathan Allen and the heirs of Isaac
Bratcher six hundred and forty acres each (640) - To the Heirs
of Charlest Short a mus. 1000 Acres and to the heirs of
Joseph Runnells a Copl one thousand acres (1000) - and to Thomas
Quinn a private two hundred and seventy four Acres (274) &
to the Heirs of John Allen a Lieut. 2560 Acres of Land |
