December 19^th Day in year of our lord 1804. Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Bratcher for the love and good will that I bair to my sun Benjamin Bratcher I Do Give and bequeath a sarten piec of land and house wheare I now live to him and his hairs forever and to my son William Bratcher track or parsel of land joyning of the same forsed. Whair Susy Umfred Did live formly on the west side of the Est prong of Slocum Creek and also to my Son Roger and son Asy Bratcher I Give and bequeth Asartain track or parsel of land to be equally devied between them . the said land ly on the Est sid of the East prong of Slocum Creek. Bounded on the Said Slocum Creek and all the rest of my property I leave to my wife in during here live or widerhood.
