This is the page I wasn't going to create. I decided to keep references to language software in each of my language pages. But I've come to realize that there should be one page that discusses some of the shareware and freeware that I've found for handing languages on the computer.

That lets you read chinese, japanese or korean under windows 3.1 or
windows 95.
