Answer:

Imagine a California surfer girl combined with a draft horse mare. Give the surfer girl equine ears and a thick equine mane that is usually braided into her hair. Remember to enhance the breasts for maximum impact. Also remember to give her legs the feathering associated with a Clydesdale.

Now shrink the resulting package down until she is four and a half feet tall from the bottom of her hooves to the top of her head. The ears and mane extend beyound this point although the distance depends upon hair style and mood.
