Question: Do you wear horse shoes?

Answer:

Of course I wear horse shoes. Hooves are not meant for concrete, asphalt and related man-made surfaces.

Now I'll be the first to admit that the entire shoeing process really bugged me at the beginning. My farrier still jokes about the first time he was out to shoe me and the rest of the herd. The horses, being used to the activity, did fine. I was the skittish one.

Since then I've gotten to the point that I can stand the entire process without a second thought.
