Stockholm Sweden
This car was sold in Stockholm Sweden March 1969, had stood at the dealer until then. Built in Metuchen NJ in august 1967 VIN: 8T01J104437. Special order: 906403. Candy apple red, black standard interior, clock, center console, AM/FM Stereo radio, C-4 automatic, louvered hood with black painted stripes. with the stripes it looks exactly like that car on the ad you have as an example,(I have'nt repainted the stripes since I repainted the car, planning on doing that sometime this year), heavy duty suspension, power steering, power brakes and remote control outsidemirror option. It has the -67 aircleaner, and deluxe wheelcovers. I guess they used up the old stock. I am the second owner.
Kind Regards
Stefan
Two things I can tell you at the moment: This is a venezuelan made car and the VIN is "AJ01HA12467"
Here is a bit of info on the car:
It was bought into Australia by Mr Atkins of Launceston in Tasmania. He purchased it in Arizona, where we believe it has spent most of its life. It has done 90000 miles. It is a J Code 302 with C4 auto. I have replaced the orginal style steel wheels as seen in the photo with Chrome 16inch Torq Thrust II wheels. The paint is not original and I intend on taking it back to bare metal and respraying it... I am thinking about Vintage Burgundy or Raven Black. Other than that, I think I will leave to car as is. It needs a few little things, like tidying up the chrome work and giving the engine bay a tidy up.
I am a member of ther Mustang Owners Club of Victoria.
Thanks

It is GT390 with C6, highland green. Was ordered with the Reflective group, and originally delivered to a dealer in Vancouver, Canada. I imported it to England from Canada in 2001, and since then have only had to minor maintenance to do apart from a transmission rebuild in 2003. Have also replaces the rear springs as you can see from the side view they were getting a bit tired. Have a build sheet and Marti report on the car and seems to be all original except the second owner removed the power steering which makes for a good upper body workout on narrow roads!
