Held on a Saturday night, the Progressive Dinner is a much-anticipated event. The evening
starts with appetizers at the home of one of St. James' families. Then, smaller groups of 8-12 move on to host
homes for dinner; each host home prepares the same meal, and people who may not otherwise get a chance to meet
or talk much get together to share a meal and get to know each other. Afterward, everyone gathers at a single
home to dive into desserts and to talk about how good dinner was! It's a wonderful event that helps the family
of St. James come together and learn more about each other.
