Recently I talked about Washington on this page, but I would like to relay a story I heard about Soccer. A Finnish research group has found out that the executives with the soccer board did indeed redraw rules so to make scoring easier. The researchers also discovered a great amount of injurys attributable to the playing of soccer. Rods that are placed in the skulls of injured players with head injurys are calledRUSH Rods. Ironic that Rush can help with injurys as well as to serve as a moral guide for conservative causes.

Next week when our government will need a new budget to keep running, we will not. Tom Dashal said in an interview that "I doubt there will be an aggrement on the budget", and who agrees with him??? None other than Trent Lott. The President wants more spending, but it seems a little bit more money than the Senate is willing to give.

Timothy Mcvay's trial heard the opening arguments today, one juror said that he looked like a nice young man, and said "I don't think he could have done it"., but said later that if he was found at fault for the murders of the people in Oklahoma City 2 years ago he would have to pay the price for his actions.

There will be a vote today on the Chemical Weapons Treaty, the vote is expected sometime this afternoon, but some senators say that the vote may not come until late this evening.
