Welcome! I will try to update once a week, usually Saturdays, on what OLP is up to and where they are and where they're going to be. Enjoy, and if you have any info that's not already posted, don't hesitate to send it to us here.

Our Lady Peace is officially announcing a Canadian Tour slated to begin in January of 1998. Only two dates have been confirmed so far, Jan. 17 @ Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto and Jan. 26 @ GM Place in Vancouver. Everclear will be opening for both shows. More dates to come, or check out MuchMusic on Nov. 3.
OLP were in MuchMusic doing an interview this Friday (24th) They answered some questions and basically said that they are very happy with how life has been treating them. I have it taped :) and they went online for a while after the interview, but I was still in school when they logged on :(
For those of you who do get Much, they are also featured on Fax. They are shown rehearsing for their upcoming Canadian Tour (yeah!) and are going to perform Trapeze, an unreleased track that was cut from their latest album "Clumsy". I've heard that it's kinda like a second part to "Carnival"

Clumsy has been doing exceptionally well in the States. It is #5 on Billboard's 'Heatseekers Album Sales' and Superman's Dead is in the top 10 Alternative airplay charts in R&R, Album Network and Gavin.
It was about when I announced that Clumsy was quadruple platinum, well, today it has reached 5 times platinum status in Canada. Meanwhile, numbers say that Naveed has sold about half a million copies world wide!
Jeremy and Duncan were recently on an AOL chat and the transcript will be posted soon on ourladypeace.com. There were over 500 chatters on that line!
Our favorite band is also feautured on the cover of this month's Pollstar magazine. Check out Pollstar too, cause OLP are this week's featured band.

News has been travelling fast about how OLP and The Tea Party are contenders for an openers spot for none other than The Rolling Stones concert dates for Canada. So far, the dates are:
Toronto | January 9 |
Quebec City | January 13 & 14 |
Vancouver | January 28 |
Ever wonder if OLP did an Intimate and Interactive for MuchMusic? Well, they will be! It hasn't been confirmed yet, but I hear the date-to-be is December 16.
It's confirmed! OLP will be cybercasting from Irving Plaza on November 11, with Everclear. Make sure you have Real Audio!

After a sold out performance at New York's Irving Plaza, Our Lady Peace proved that they will always be welcome in the Big Apple. Tickets had sold out in 90 minutes. If you couldn't make it on the 30th, they are scheduled to broadcast at Irving Plaza again on November 11.
Rumour has it that OLP is going to put out an informational CD-ROM. It will be released to journalists first, then possibly to the members of their official fan club, The Pied Piper's Union, then finally to the public. The date of release is still yet to be determined.

Our Lady Peace sure has been busy recently! After headlining EIGHT Edgefest dates, they are now in the United States touring with Everclear. Dates can be found at our Our Lady Peace: Tours section.
Can't catch OLP at any of these shows? Check them out on Sept. 30 at Irving Plaza in New York City. Their concert is being broadcasted live over the internet. The show starts approx. at 9:00pm (NY time). A RealAudio Plug-In is required.
Don't like late night talk shows? You will now! Our Lady Peace will be appearing on Late Night with Conan O'Brian on October 1, at 12:30am on NBC. This is not the re-run. Warm up those VCRs!
The Clumsy track will be appearing on the soundtrack of "I Know What You Did Last Summer". From what I understand, the movie is about four friends going on a summer road trip and getting into an accident (they hit a stranger crossing the street). The four vow to keep the death a secret, and try to move on until they start getting threating notes saying "I know what you did last summer". The track will not appear in the actual movie.
Clumsy has gone quadruple platinum in Canada and still counting! All these sales of Clumsy have also boosted Naveed sales and is verging on double platinum status.
