Autumneye's Better Than Sex Cake
1 yellow cake mix 1 jar of caramel ice cream topping
1 small can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 pkg.of Heath Bar pieces 1 container of Cool Whip
Follow instuctions and bake the cake...cool to touch. With a wooden spoon poke holes in the top of the cake all over. Pour Eagle Brand Milk in holes and let absorb. When cake is cool spread Cool Whip over entire cake, then sprinkle with Heath Bar pieces. Keep refrigerated.
Mamma81's Blueberry / Orange Sauce
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar (or to taste) 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Place blueberries, orange juice and sugar in saucepan. Heat until it begins to bubble then lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. In a small bowl mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Pour slowly into blueberry mixture and stir to thicken. Serve warm over angel food cake, pancakes, ice cream, etc.
Mamablondie's Fruit Desert
1 pkg. vanilla pudding 2 cans chunk pineapple
3 bananas 1 small can mandarin oranges
Drain pineapple and oranges, and save juice. Add enough water to juices to make 3 cups of liquid. Cook pudding in the juice mixture (use regular cooking instructions). Cool mixture in refrigerator. Slice bananas and fold into cooled mixture. Let set for 24 hours. Voila!!! Delicious!!!!

3 Large Bananas 3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg 1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups flour 1/3 cup of melted margarine
Mash bananas. Add sugar and egg. Beat until fluffy. Add melted margarine. Add dry ingredients. Mix well and bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
Sarobee's Fruit Salad
1 12 oz. package of small curd cottage cheese 1 12 oz. package of cool whip
1 can of fruit cocktail 1 box of any flavor jello
Mix all ingredients, and chill overnight. This is simple and and delicious!!!!!!
Oldwomaninashoe and Kingoftheshoe's Southern Rum Balls
1 12oz box vanilla wafers 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup ground pecans 1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup light corn syrup 1/3 cup of rum
Sugar for rolling
Crush the wafers with a rolling pin or in a food processor; you should have about 3 cups. In a large bowl, mix them with the confectioner's sugar, ground pecans, cocoa, corn syrup, and rum. (If you don't want to use rum, use milk instead) Form the mixture into a ball and refrigerate. When the dough is firm, pull off walnut-sized pieces, form them into balls and roll them in more powdered sugar.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen rum balls.
Oldwomaninashoe and Kingoftheshoe's Tuxedo Cheesecake
Crust:
1 3/4 cups (about 18) crushed creme-filled chocolate cookies
1 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
Toss cookie crumbs and butter together in a medium bowl. Press onto the bottom of an ungreased 9-inch springform pan. Bake in a preheated, 350 F oven for 10 minutes.
Cheesecake:
1 cup (6 ounces) Nestle Toll House premier white morsels
3 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 bar (2 ounces) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet or premier white baking chocolate, made into curls or grated
Microwave morsels in a small, microwave-safe bowl on Medium-High (70%)power for 1 minute. Stir and microwave at additional 10 to 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in melted white morsels. Spread over chocolate crust.
Bake in a 350 F oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until edges are set but center still moves slightly. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Chill until firm. Remove side of springform pan. Garnish with chocolate curls before serving. Makes 14 to 16 servings.
Denisemitchel's Poor Man's Donuts
1 Bag of Chocolate Chips 1 can of biscuits
Powdered or Regular Sugar 2 cups of Oil
Flatten a biscuit. Put some of the chocolate chips in the middle of the flat biscuit. Roll biscuit in your hand until it is in a ball. Make sure it is sealed tight. Drop in hot grease and fry until golden brown. Roll in sugar.
Note: We use chocolate chips, different jellies, and even Cherry Pie filling!
Minx_keeper_of_the_Lair's Easy Fudge
1 bag of semi-sweet real chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a saucepan on low to medium heat, put chocolate chips, and condensed milk; stir until melted. Add vanilla. stir until smooth. Remove from heat and pour onto wax paper and place in the refrigerator for 1 1/2-2 hours. Cut inot small cubes. Makes approximately 3 dozen pieces.
Golfwidow's Banana Bars
1 cup sugar 1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 3 medium)
2 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup chopped nuts (if desired)
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 pkg. (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups powdered sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2. Beat sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in nuts (if desired). Spread batter in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely. Prepare cream cheese frosting and spread on bars. Cover and refrigerate any remaining bars. Makes 2 dozen.
Frosting
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in medium bowl on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth.
Dime30's Reese's Bars
1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 cup melted butter
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1 cup peanut butter
Mix and press in cake pan. Melt a package of chocolate chips and spread on top. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares before too firm.
Dime30's Cool Whip Dessert
Crust:
1 cup flour 1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Mix and press in cake pan
First layer:
8 oz. cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip
Cream chees and powdered sugar together. Fold in Cool Whip. Gently spread on cooled crust.
First layer:
2 small or 1 large instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cups milk Whip
Mix and drop by spoonfuls around edge and center. Spread GENTLY! Spread more Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
