between 1937 and 1961
1/4 lb. shredded coconut
1 teasp vanilla
1/8 teasp salt
Combine with - enough sweetened
condensed milk to make a thick paste
Fold in - 3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Drop batter from teaspoon onto
baking tin. Bake until lightly
browned or until cookies can
be removed from pan without
breaking apart, aprox 30 min.
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups mashed pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 teasp salt
1/2 teasp cinnamon
1/2 teasp nutmeg
1/4 teasp ginger
21/2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teasp lemon extract
Mix ingredients in order as given,
blending well. Drop from teaspoon
onto greased baking sheet. Bake
about 15 minutes.
