PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teasp soda
1/2 teasp salt1/2 teasp vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
into 1 inch balls. Cover a large plate or paper plate
with waxed paper, place several balls on paper and
flatten with fork to 1/2 inch thick. Microwave at medium
for 1 minute then rotate dish 1/4 turn. Repeat, turning
1/4 turn every 30 seconds until they look dry and done,
2 to 4 minutes. Remove from plate on the waxed paper
and cool. Repeat until all dough is cooked.

1 1/4 cups sugar
2 beaten egg yolks
1 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teasp salt
1/2 teasp soda
2 teasp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
Mix in order given. beating well until smooth.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased baking
sheet. Sprinkle with more coconut if desired.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
