Rumor Mill 2005

Rumor has it that a Triumverate reunion took place late Sunday night in the band's hometown of Grand Island, NY. There are conflicting reports. One man said that the singer couldn't have wieghed more than two hundred and twenty pounds and had short hair. Another said that the band sounded great. In this reporter's opinion I believe that this reunion was nothing but a rumor, because clearly, this band can't play worth a damn, and the description of the singer could not have been the man known as Mark X. Or could it?

Rumor Mill

Rumors that VH1 has approached the band to be featured in an upcoming episode of Bands Reunited are completely false. However, rumors that longtime friend of the band Kris Kingston makes an appearance in the new movie You Got Served are one hundred percent true. Apparently Kingston has been training in secrecy for years to become the greatest break dancer in the world. His years of hard work and subterfuge have paid off, landing him a spot on the big screen.

The entity known as Triumverate has been dead for some time. The band was slowly dieing until Mark decided to take it out back and do the humane thing. Thanks to everyone who ever gave a shit. All ten of ya, well maybe nine of you.

New Show

That's right kids, Triumverate will be playing an all ages show at the Showplace on Friday Aug. 24th at 9.

Joey Ramone Dead At 49

For those of you who don't know, the lead singer of the Ramones, and punk rock icon, Joey Ramone passed away on Easter Sunday at the age of 49. Now as a huge punk fan, and as a Ramones fan, I have to say that Joey will be missed greatly for his contributions to music and the world in general. I know that I am certainly a better person for having heard the Ramones. As some of you know, Triumverate has covered the Ramones song "I Wanna Live" for quite some time. We will continue to do so, as a tribute to Joey and what he helped create: punk rock. -Mark

Triumverate Wins The Battle Of The Bands

Saturday March 17th, at the Showplace the Battle Of The Bands took place. Triumverate was one of the two winners at the show. Mark was quoted stating - "Justice has been served." Triumverate claimed the prize of two more shows.
