The first association between man and horse may have begun over a million years ago. Back when man first stood upright and was learning how to hunt.

Horses and other animals were considered food .  The exact date that man first began to use the horse as a work companion is unknown but there are Cave drawings found in France, Europe and Africa some 20,000 years ago depicted the horse. These drawings were done with such care and devotion,  that htey honored  the animal that provided some of the necessities of life.

Man and Horse have had a special relationship since the dawn of time. All of our nations modern history was underpinned by the horse.  The horse was first brought to the United States by the Spanish but they soon became the beloved partner of the Indian in all aspects of his daily life the Horse was there to drag his belongins or to carry him into great battle.
The horse  assisted us in wars, carrying our men and supplies great distances. And  Peace by carrying our goods to market . The horse has Plowed our fields durring the week and then hitched to a buggy he gladly carried the family to town for church.  It was the horse that allowed the opening of the West and with out the Horse and the Pony Express to carrying the mail news would have taken months to get thru. The horse delevered the doctors to the sick and the traveling Preacher to those in isolated places.

The use of magnetics, although not well known in the U.S., has been around since about 200 B.C.

·The Greek Physician, Galen mentions in his ninth book, the uses of magnetics in healing
around 200 B.C.
·Aristotle's writings contain several references to the uses of magnetics.
·Cleopatra wore a lodestone around her neck.

And now people are rediscovering the usefulness of magnetics
in treating both ourselves as well as our horses.
It was with the help of the horse that we were able to Industrialize this nation. He has partnered our progress from cave dweller to traveller in Space. Although horses are rarely used for such labor intensive work today, they are still one of our most valuable and cherished animals.
If you think about it, except for dogs, I don't know of another animal who has invoked such passion or formed such an allegiance with man since the dawn of our existance.

Accupressure points are, as described in "Clinical Equine Anatomy and Common
Disorders of the Horse" volumn one, by Ronald Reigel D.V.M. & Susan HakolaB.S.,
R.N. & C.M.I. This book has recieved numerous awards of excellance and describes
accupressure points as "Naturally occuring electromagnetic points that work as
transmitters along the meridian lines beneath the skin where channels of energy are
located. These points are situated throughout the body in specific patterns.Stimulation of
these points results in enhanced blood flow and Chi energy. When blood flow is enhanced
it brings an increased level of nutrition to the tissues and increases the body's ability to
remove waste products from these tissues. This also facilitates the drainage of fluids from
an area and assists in reducing swelling.

Traditionally this was accomplished with massage. Now with magnetics, we find that we
can stimulate these points with magnetic applications in the form of
pads, wraps and small handheld devices.
