NEWS     Recent News: April, 29 1998 : Espen won three awards at the Hit 40 awards show in Oslo. He took home the following awards: Best Norwegian Male Artist Best international Artist Artist of the Year     Fall of 1998 ~ The European tour that was planned earlier in the year has been canceled so that Espen can work on a new album.   December 12th, 1998 ~ Espen Performed a new song at the Nobel Peace Prize Awards last night. The title of this new song was, Pop Song From Hell! The show is to be broadcasted here in the states on the FOx Family Channel. It is unclear whether Espen's performance will be shown however, due the the line in his new song; "You Make Me So Hard"! The network clearly doesn't feel that the line is suitable for a family audience. I'll be watching tonight, and letting you know if he is on or not. I might even tape it, and get some stills on my site for you too see!   July 7th, 1999 ~ Espen has recently been working on his next album. It's been said that it might be out as early as the beginning of 2000, but we shall see for sure. There was a promotions tour earlier this year in South America. For the last several months our favorite musician has been locked away in his studio working on his new masterpiece, so news wise there has been very little! I'll keep you updated as soon as I can get some new info! Again, if you have pictures, videos etc..please let me know as I am willing to pay for them! *mwah* ~ Angela       As soon as any new news comes my way, I'll post it asap.
