Memorable Scenes

Episode 9 - Haruko had always been waiting for a letter from her son.  In this episode, she finally got to see her son, but she did not want to let her son knew that his parentage.  This was what she felt the best for her son.  In order to let her son to remember the lodging house (and Haruko) when he grew up, Kaito and Hiromi planned to build a sand ship, the biggest they could build, so that the little child would never forget ......

This was the first plan of the ship designed by Hiromi which Kaito found to have many faults.

This was the design done by Kaito, which looked more professional.

Hiromi and Kaito started building the ship.  Because it was a really BIG ship they had to build, almost everyone (eg. Yosuke, Hajiki, etc) offered their help to build the ship.   Makoto and her friends even skipped school so that they could do their part for Haruko and her son......

This was the final outcome of their efforts.  Looks really great, isn't it?
