I created the character Captain Cheapshot while sitting in health class in early 1996. He was the member of a team of superheroes, who were all insane and living in a mental institution that was next to a toxic waste plant, thus giving everyone superpowers. Some of those characters you will see in later issues, but here we will meet one of the lesser characters, but my favorite: Captain Cheapshot. **NOTE**After reading this you might be thinking that I ripped off a scene from Orgazmo. But this was written one year before the movie was out.
