In this phase of life, one must examine his or her life with pure honesty and plan for the final turn in life. Can we achieve the life objectives that we set before? We have to make changes and adjustments to make life more meaningful. Someone said to me if we don't change at this turn, we won't change at all. I believe that life can be planned to be a successful one as someone says If You Fail To Plan, You Plan To Fail. We must develop our life in seven areas of concern - health, mental, spiritual, finance, career, family and social. We need to strike a balance in these areas to achieve synergy and the true meaning of life.

I was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I love this country very much because there is peace and harmony here. Currently, the country is going through a tremendous amount of development so much so that you can see constructions all over the country.

In terms of academic achievements and continuing education, I believe that I have what is required of me to give an excellent service, as a pharmacist, to my patients. The patient is my life and I really do care for them. To me knowledge and skills are important but the more important issue here is to practise.

I have a great family. I have to be contented with a very beautiful wife and we are blessed with four great chidren. I have a computer wizardess in my daughter, a chubby son, a warrior son and a handsome boy too!

I live in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur and have to travel a long distance each day weaving through traffic jams on my way to and back home. I have the best stereo in my car to listen to good music (love songs) I feel this is the best way to utilise my travelling time!

In term of colors, I prefer light ones but I love blue most. Being a Virgoman, I'm a very romantic person in real sense of it and blue is always related to love.

I love hot and spicy food. As you may have known, my country is a true heaven for food. There are so much food here that people are geeting sick because of eating too much of them. Cuisines from all over the world are available here coming from all corners of the world; either local, eastern, western, northern or southern origin.

I love to eat durians, the king of all fruits in Malaysia. I love mangoes, water melon, honey dew, rambutans, cempedak, papaya, oranges, pears and apples too.

I'm a jovial person in real life and like to crack jokes and make people around me happy and cheerful. They perform better in their work if they are happy. Being jovial makes me a better person and I can handle my stress better and be able to stay young too.

I'm active in sports, recreational and social activities. My favourite sports are soccer, hockey, badminton, outdoor, tennis and martial arts. My favourite soccer teams in the world are Brazil, Argentina, England, Italy, France and Germany. My favourite English soccer team is Liverpool F.C. I'm a master in silat and have been involved actively in this activity since 1974. I'm aslo active in social activities especially with those that deal with teenagers and young adults, giving them counselling and motivation classes.
