I did not know details on Miki Nagasawa. Of course, she is a famous voice actress in Japan. As you know, she formerly played the role of Maya Ibuki from Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Recently I knew her birthday. She was born on 07/11/1970.
She is 28 years old.
She got popular when she played the role of Maya from EVA.
Thereafter she played the role of Ms Izumi Maki from Martian Successor Nadesico (Japanese title: Kidou Senkan Nadeshiko). Kadokawa Shoten, a large-scale publisher in Japan, made the new movie on Nadeshiko. Of course, Miki Nagasawa played the role of Izumi Maki. This movie will be released on 08/08/98.
As I wrote formerly, she works for a production "Haikyo." Mr. Tomokazu Seki also works for the production. Mr. Seki founded Troupe "Hero Hero Q Company." Ms Nagasawa belongs to the troupe. Therefore Ms Nagasawa will appear when Mr. Seki plays a main role in an anime.
In Autumn 1997, TV-Tokyo broadcast a title "Vampire Miyu." Ms Miki Nagasawa played the role of the heroine Miyu Yamano. Thereafter TV-Osaka broadcast the title in 1998. Miki Nagasawa got rather popular again.
The story consisted of 25 episodes. The anime was made by AIC. The director was Mr. Toshiki (Toshihiro) Hirano, who made Magic Knight Rayearth. He is good at expressing flare. The original authors are Mr. Hirano and Ms Narumi Kakinouchi. Narumi Kakinouchi was born in Osaka on 03/21/1962. Of course, she is older than I. She was a famous animator. She and Ms Emi Kadonozono together have made a lot of anime for many years. Ms Kakinouchi draws comics-type Vampire Miyu as a cartoonist. At present, Ms Narumi Kakinouchi is very famous as a cartoonist. She also draw Fighting Girl Juline in Amie, a monthly cartoon magazine from Kodansha.
In July 1998, the TV series of Vampire Miyu ended. I saw those 25 episodes. Of course, the TV series were different from OVA series and comics.
Vampire Miyu (CV = Ms Miki Nagasawa) was born as a human being in Meiji Era. However her father was a God-Demon as an overseer against orphan God-Demons. He was killed by God-Demon "Tonbi" (kite). Tonbi has a lot of followers. On the other hand, her mother was a human being. The case would make a new overseer. Therefore guardian God-Demons appeared in front of the couple. The guardian God-Demons protected Miyu Yamano. Thereafter Tonbi tried to kill Miyu, when Miyu was 14 years old in Taishou Era. The gardian God-Demons protected Miyu but one male guardian God-Demon was killed. He was Reiha's father.
Then Miyu was awakened to be a new overseer. On the other hand, Reiha (CV = Ms Megumi Ogata) was awakened to be a snow woman. Miyu was a teen-ager. Reiha was a little child.
Thereafter Miyu fought against a Western God-Demon "Larva" (CV = Mr. Shinichirou Miki). He was defeated by Miyu. Miyu sucked his blood. Larva has been her servant since then. Larva usually fights using his mask and his scythe. But his another weapon was added then. Because of the defeat, he can use a fighting magic using flare.
Thereafter an orphan God-Demon appeared in front of Miyu. His name was Shiina (CV = Ms Mika Kanai). The small God-Demon like a rabbit has excellent eyesight. He also works as her servant.
Miyu, Larva and Shiina came to Saikawa Reien Graveyard, Tokyo in 1990's. The distric was called Tokiwa-cho. There a school juridical person had been founded. It was called Tokiwa Gakuen. Tokiwa Gakuen had a university, a senior high school and a junior high school. Ms Miyu Yamano entered the junior high school. Three girls in her class were friends with each other. The three was Ms Chisato Inoue (CV = Ms Asako Shirakura), Ms Hisae Aoki (CV = Ms Kokoro Shindou) and Ms Yukari Kashima (CV = Chiharu Teduka).
God-Demon "Tonbi" and his followers are bird-shaped God-Demons. They formed a group. The group thought tactics to defeat Miyu. A cock-shaped God-Demon and a hen-shaped God-Demon were married. They bled two children. One was Hiyoku (Human name = Tokiya Inoue), the other was Chisato. Hiyoku had a sword and Chisato had a daggar. Hiyoku was awakened as a God-Demon in Hokkaido. Then he began to train himself in order to kill Miyu.
A follower of Tonbi appeared in front of Miyu and Chisato. He gave the two amulets "Symbol of Friendship." Miyu became a comrade of Chisato's. Chisato was a cheerful girl. Hisae was a wise girl. Yukari was a sportsman. However the Symbol of Friendship protected Chisato from Miyu's attack.
Thereafter Miyu met and defeated several God-Damons including Reiha and her servant doll "Matsukaze" (CV = Ms Megumi Ogata). Then Miyu often saved Chisato because Miyu did not know the true character of Chisato.
At last Chisato's elder brother Hiyoku came back to Tokiwa-cho to kill Miyu. However Miyu defeated Hiyoku. Then the follower of Tonbi awoke Chisato as the strongest God-Demon "Chisato." Her weapon was the daggar that could absorb blood. Chisato killed Hisae and Yukari to absorb their blood. Chisato appeared in front of Miyu.
Then Larva had to fight against a lot of Tonbi's followers. Larva could not help Miyu. Miyu's flare could not defeat Chisato. Chisato lunged her daggar into Miyu's belly. Was Miyu defeated by Chisato?
Miyu slept. In her dream, her mother, Reiha and guardian God-Demons appeared. Miyu said, "I must not die!"
She seized Chisato's leg. Then Larva defeated Tonbi's followers using Flare Magic. Larva came to help Miyu and defeated Chisato. Chisato was killed and slept at Miyu's inner world.
Miyu won after all.
