Applying for a Pet

Requirements for adopting a pet:
1) Your page MUST be related to Anime/Manga.
  • It doesn't have to be cute or anything, as long as it's about anime or manga, then it's ok.

2) You can only adopt 1 pet per homepage.

  • If you have more than 1 anime/manga homepage, please feel free to adopt a pet for each homepage!

Things you must do to adopt a pet:
- You MUST put the Pet Shop image on your page.

If you meet the above requirements, then follow these steps to adopt a pet:
Step 1: Choose your pet in the Pet Selection Menu.
Step 2: Fill out the form below.
Step 3: Download the Pet Shop image here and follow the instructions in the pop-up window. [Help]
Make it into a link back to the Pet Shop page
(http://petshop.iscute.com)

It should look like this:
Cute Cute Pet Shop: Adopt a pet today!

Step 4: Take your pet home (onto your page.) This is optional, though I would think that your pet would want you to take him home... ^_^ [Help]

That's it! I will put a picture of your pet and a link to your page in the Proud Owners List so visitors may know where to go (your homepage) to look for proud owners of adopted pets (You!)

Fill in this form to adopt a pet:

Name:
E-mail address:
Homepage URL: (You MUST have a homepage!)
Homepage Title: (It MUST be anime/manga-related!)
Which pet are you adopting? (What's the original name of it?)
What do you want to name your pet? (Try to keep it short)

PLEASE make sure everything is typed in correctly before submitting!
If you're having problems submitting the application form, please email me with the needed information.

Top 10 Reasons why your adoption application might not have been accepted:

1) You did not fill in your homepage address in the form: You MUST have a homepage!
2) Your homepage isn't anime/manga-related: It MUST be related to anime or manga!
3) You did not add a link to the Pet Shop on your page: You MUST have the link on your page! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE LINK ON YOUR PAGE WHEN I CHECK YOUR PAGE, I WILL NOT PLACE A LINK TO YOUR PAGE.
Get someone to do it for you if you don't know how to, or follow these instructions carefully.
4) You typed in your homepage address and/or email address incorrectly: PLEASE make sure that you typed in everything correctly BEFORE submitting your application!
5) You haven't moved in yet/There's no content on your page: You MUST have some content on your page!
6) You're in the process of making your homepage to become anime/manga-related: It MUST be already anime/manga-related when you apply for a pet!
7) You applied for more than 1 pet for your homepage: Only 1 pet per homepage! You can't adopt a pet for every sub-page you have!
8) Your homepage does not have enough stuff on anime/manga: It must have an adequate amount of content and not just a few links!
9) The link to the Pet Shop on your homepage doesn't work: Please make sure that the link works!
10) The Pet Shop image on your homepage is not showing properly: Please make sure that the image is showing up correctly!
