Taishakuten Wants His Dinner- It's time for dinner and everyone is worried.
Aestheticism-yaio (male-male relationships stuff). Large fanfiction archive, reviews, articles, Clamp doujinshi and lots more. Make sure you check out Bishonen no Miko's "Tentei's New Clothes" and "One Fine Vine". The English Yu Yu Hakusho Doujinshis are also well worth checking out.
Fuu's Clamp Fanfiction Archives-the place to go for Clamp fanfiction. Very large selection. They have Bishonene no Miko's fics here, too. Try out "Tenkai TV Special" by Mimi Zhou. It's very funny and also *gasp* I'm in this fic! ^_^
Ariane's Fanfics -many good fics (not just Clamp). "Cheating Fate" and "Toys in the Palm of God" are two of the best Rg Veda fics I've read.
Firecats's Fanfics-try "Dream" if you like X.
